European Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a highly qualified candidate to position Key Position Objectives Elaborate and build a strategy for promotion of 4 company OTC products at Russian pharmaceutical market Deliver high quality programs to attain market share and market sales goals; Understand market dynamics thoroughly to identify current and future areas of opportunity; make markets, not only respond to markets; Proactively identify strategic programs targeted to improve market position; Challenge traditional local approaches to market and create novel approach for capturing share; Work with other colleagues and departments to find most effective way of increasing sales through strategic cooperation and/or improving productivity; Identify areas for own development and work with management to pursue; Maintain calendar of country and regional activities, ATL/BTL actions, promo campaigns to doctors, pharmacists and consumers Communicate to Sales Force and adapt promo campaign to fields needs Manage and hold promotional budget; Key Responsibilities Managing group of 4 OTC Products Develop and implement strategically sound marketing programs to grow product sales, including marketing material production for each sales cycle and marketing plans; Monitor product and market performance, identifying critical performance areas and creating programs to address them; Forecast market and product performance, provide input for Plans/ Updates and new product launches; Development of training programs for Sales Force knowledge and skills as it related to product area, including training on materials, programs; Opinion Leaders development Monitor monthly sales, inventories and ensure sufficient forecast to cover changing market demand; Administration (expense reports, approvals, budget review) Qualifications and Experience University degree Achievements in marketing Good skills in market analysing and strategic planning, preparing marketing campaigns, carrying presentations, dealing with sales department. Strong experience in OTC/FMCG Market, launching new products/business Desire to achieve increasing sales Good command of PC and equipment for presentations Languages: English - fluent Education: Medical/Pharmaceutical/Marketing higher education 80-150 . , " " +7 (812) 337-51-42
