• Searching for best GMAT questions for weekly newsletters and constantly improving the process.

• Education.
• Gender.
• Your past teaching experience and the origin of your degree (e.g. Doctor of Microbiology).

What we DO care about is:

• Age:not more then 25 years.
• English proficiency. High results proved by tests and international certificates (TOEFL, FCE, CAE, IELTS).
• PC competency: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
• Study or work experience abroad.
• Willingness for signing a two-year contract.
