Market Access Manager, Endocrinology.

Western pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve access for priority and new products in the main reimbursement programs for new and existing endocrinology portfolio.

• Position will entail extensive thought leader stakeholder mapping and engagement as well as effective communication to key though leaders that our products are needed on primary reimbursement lists and will improve the quality of life for Russian patients.

• Raise the level of endocrinology care in Russia through developing and implementing several strategic patient outcomes programs.

• Candidate is expected to be able to engage comfortably and confidently with deep endocrinology product and area knowledge with top thought leaders and other relevant stakeholders at the highest level. The engagement will range from formal public presentations to smaller group or individual meetings.

• Strategic ability to understand endocrinology market and respond to changes in order to gain access and reimbursement to our products.

Competencies and knowledge required for the job:

• Understanding the health care system in Russia with understanding of endocrinology field/market preferred.

• Existing relationships in the field of endocrinology with key thought leaders.

Required education and experience:

• Medical or biological educational background or work in endocrinology are highly desirable.

• 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or access related positions (endocrinology preferred and required) at another company and/or related industry (e.g., medical devices).

• MBA with prior medical or biology education would be ideal.
