Managing of trade marketing team
Initiating all sorts of trade marketing activities: educational programs, trade promotions, trade press, merchandising, trade incentive programs, BTL activity & promotions, POP designs and production, trainings etc
Preparing, sharing with sales and marketing team the united activity plan
Full control the budget (measure, improve, implement Trade Marketing budget for the periods, brands etc
Initiating and making different researches on different issues (for example – consumer behaviour, what kind of POS makes people do purchase, open markets research etc)
Improving merchandising methods in retail chains and supermarkets, implementing the category management/shelf management system
Presenting, preparing and making the researching for the best ways of consumer promotions Researching,
Keeping the statistics of all the activities (company and competitors)
Making trade/ field visits (plan of travelling in Moscow, regions, abroad); Providing sales people with all necessary information
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum education: Science/Business Degree level
Desirable education: Science/Business Degree level with MBA
To have at least 3 years experience in FMCG Company on analogous positions
