RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business valuation of stakes in public and private companies.
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, analysis of comparables (application of income and market approach)
• Financial modeling.
• Business and industry analysis.
• Preparation of valuation reports and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in finance or economics.
• Prior work experience in an investment/financial/accounting field
• Excellent knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent management skills, experience of managing a work of group of specialists
• CFA/CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
• SRO /ASA membership is a plus
• MBA is a plus
• Excellent computer skills.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High level of accuracy.
