The position – Visa and Travel coordinator.
- full business travel support for the employees and guests;
- residence support;
- registration and visa support for foreigners;
- working with visas and work permissions;
- working with vendors;
- coordinating the process of guests’ accommodation;
- tracking all travel expenses and invoices;
- gathering statistics on travel needs.
Education/Certification:
Experience and personality:
- Similar work experience not less than a year;
- Organizing and planning – key competence;
- Customer orientation – key competence;
- Fluent English;
- Computer literacy (on an experienced user level, advanced Excel user);
- Excellent communication skills.

Office Location :
1st km of Skolkovo highway, Odintsovsky District, Moscow Region;
