Обязанности:

  • Accenture Human Performance services help our Clients to build-up the human capital throughout their organizations and develop distinctive capabilities to attract, engage and retain talent
  • Operating on a global basis Accenture has developed and tested through practical implementation a number of tools enabling a company to optimize investments in changing workforce, streamline their HR processes and realize large-scale change projects

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Performing industry, competitive and company analysis (HR diagnostics), as well as structuring and performing market research for benchmarking
  • Analysing and documenting "as-is" HR capabilities
  • Development and implementation of HR strategy and HR alignment to business goals, including development of competency models, performance management and motivation systems, alignment of HR processes and tools
  • Otimization and organisational design of HR function
  • Design and implementation of leadership programs
  • Design and implementation of change management and change enablement activities, related to implementation of large-scale transformation projects, such as stakeholder management, change readiness assessment, comminucation and training activities
  • Basic management and control activities: management of analysts and support staff, control of delivery
  • Direct interaction with Client personnel (staff and line managers), participation and running of Client meetings
  • Projects results presentatons (up to the Board level)

Требования:

  • Completed BA Degree in Economics/Management/HR
  • Recommended MBA degree or additional qualification in HR Management
  • 5+ years work experience in Consulting in the areas of HR Management, Performance Management, Industry/Business Assessment & Insight Development, High Performance Business Architecture
  • Experience in internal PPM (Planning Performance Management) departments
  • Experience in internal HR departments
  • Fluent English
