The role will be to:

•  Manage work streams in consulting projects for Oil & Gas clients
•  Lead teams of professionals and ensure delivery of the team result
•  Provide personal expertise in Oil &Gas business
•  Build strong relationship with the clients through personal performance and superior quality of the delivery
•  Identify and capture follow up opportunity
•  Support sales activity and practice development
•  Contribute to junior staff development

The successful candidate should have:

•  3+ years of professional work experience with leading Russian or multinational consulting companies
•  Work experience with leading Oil & Gas companies desirable.
•  Good understanding of the CIS oil and gas industry
•  Strong communication experience should include superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication
•  Ability to accommodate extensive client travel
•  Strong analytic and research skills
•  Superior work ethic, ability to work long hours
•  BS degree required
•  MBA desirable
•  Fluent English
•  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
