Mission: To support the development and timely execution of strategies in the company

Tasks:

• Management reporting;
• Strategic planning;
• General strategic tasks (special strategic projects, support of yearly planning etc);
• Initiate and support strategic projects (e.g. individual market studies/research);
• Support of monthly/quarterly Senior Management meetings;
• Department s audit preparation and support;
• Coach business units in applying methodologies, improve quality by discussing results with the units; 
• Master Strategic Methodologies and develop specific strategic approaches.
   

Requirements:

• Higher education: - engineering / physics / applied mathematics, preferably amended by MBA(economics) OR: - economics/business administration, with technical background.
• English language - fluent level is a must. German language skills would be an additional plus.
• Relevant professional experience 3-5 years. Experience in project management.
• Excellent analytical skills, good communicating&networking skills, business understanding in Siemens relevant markets, self motivation, reliability.
