Leading High-Tech Company. Managing Director. Our client is looking for an experienced, self-going and result focused Managing Director.

The company is a leading High-Tech company selling products and solutions to the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and process industry.

Based in Moscow, the new Managing Director will have the following main responsibilities:

• Management of the company, the existing staff, build up new functions and develop the organisation.
• Development of sales including sales to big key-accounts, operations and more long term initiatives and tasks within the agreed strategy
• Continuous driving development and efficiency improvements assuring planned growth and improvements of results
• Co-operation with Russian authorities and organisations

The ideal candidate should possess the following key qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years management experience within an international company as managing director, general manager, and/or sales director managing a staff and small number of sales offices.
• Proven track record from direct sale of technical equipment, products, solutions and services to industrial customers at high level within an international company
• 35-45 years old, female or male
• Higher technical education, e.g. Civil Engineer, supplemented by MBA (Sales & Marketing)
• Russian (native), English at negotiation level oral and in writing
• Good management, communication and interpersonal skills
