Market Access Manager, Oncology
Western pharmaceutical company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve access for our priority and new products in the main reimbursement programs for our new and existing oncology portfolio.
- Position will entail extensive thought leader stakeholder mapping and engagement as well as effective communication to key though leaders that our products are needed on primary reimbursement lists and will improve the quality of life for Russian patients.
- Raise the level of oncology care in Russia through developing and implementing several strategic patient outcomes programs.
- Candidate is expected to be able to engage comfortably and confidently with deep oncology product and area knowledge with top thought leaders and other relevant stakeholders at the highest level. The engagement will range from formal public presentations to smaller group or individual meetings.
- Strategic ability to understand oncology market and respond to changes in order to gain access and reimbursement to our products.
COMPETENCIES AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Medical or biological educational background or work in oncology are highly desirable.

3-5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or access related positions (oncology preferred and required) at another company and/or related industry (e.g., medical devices).

MBA with prior medical or biology education would be ideal.
