The role will be to:

• Manage projects: provide planning, structure work streams and tasks, provide review and quality control of deliverables related to:
  
  • Corporate vision and strategic goals 
  • Market and competitor analysis, strategic options development and assessment
  • Customer, product, pricing and channel strategy 
  • Fundamental organization design and resource allocation, functional strategies 
  • Asset portfolio management, business unit positioning and restructuring 
  • Strategic performance measurement and management   
• Manage all project team and client communication, resolve key issues
• Manage client/business relationship
• Actively participate in sales process, taking responsibility for proposal development and presentation
• Develop and coach the team working on the projects
• Manage project related internal company’s procedures

The successful candidate should have:

• 3+ years professional work experience in Strategy consulting (is a must)
• Strong analytical skills and solid experience in:
  • Market and competitive analysis
  • Developing and evaluating strategic options
  • Conducting client and expert interviews
  • Performing operation and financial analysis
• Strong communication experience should include superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication
• Ability to understand the big picture of a business situation and how to identify and resolve key issues
• Proven experience of working as a team leader
• Ability to work in a high-pressured deliverable environment with an ability to multi task
• Superior work ethic, ability to work long hours
• Ability to accommodate extensive client travel
• BS degree required, MBA desirable
• Proficiency in both Russian and English (is a must)
