The role will be to:

• Take full responsibility for analysis and design of deliverables for separate project streams, whole projects or proposals related to:
• Corporate vision and strategic goals 
• Market and competitor analysis, strategic options development and assessment
• Customer, product, pricing and channel strategy 
• Fundamental organization design and resource allocation, functional strategies 
• Asset portfolio management, business unit positioning and restructuring 
• Strategic performance measurement and management   
• Perform both independent analysis and coordination of junior staff work with focus on quality control
• Develop and coach junior staff on projects
• Assist project manager in internal company’s procedures

The successful candidate should have:

• 2+ years of professional work experience with leading Russian or multinational companies
• Strong analytical skills and solid experience in:
• Market and competitive analysis
• Developing and evaluating strategic options
• Conducting client and expert interviews
• Performing operation and financial analysis
• Strong communication experience including superior presentation skills and interpersonal communication
• Ability to understand the big picture of a business situation and how to identify and resolve key issues
• Proven experience of working as a team leader
• Ability to work in a high-pressured deliverable environment with an ability to multi task
• Superior work ethic, ability to work long hours
• Ability to accommodate extensive client travel
• BS degree required, MBA desirable
• Proficiency in both Russian and English (is a must)
