Our client is a multinational bank and is seeking a senior executive to serve as its Head of Retail Banking Assets. This executive must have a firm understanding of the core products of a retail bank (Savings Accounts, Deposits, Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Mortgages, etc) and experience leading a team to effectively management back-end operations and product management.

10+ Years of financial services experience
7+ Years of retail banking product experience with at least 5 years in a management role for Mortgages and Consumer loans
Strong knowledge of the retail banking core market and branch distribution, and its full range of retail banking products
Proven success in leading and driving process improvement role with solid results
A strong team leader and team player, with excellent communication skills
Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
Fluent English is a must
