Bayer Health Care company is looking for professional candidate to position of  Head of Procurement Marketing Services Department.

Major Tasks of Position:

1. To ensure security of supply of BHC Marketing Service demands including transactional purchasing and trouble-shooting.

2. To support implementation of procurement strategies, targets and priorities within BHC Russia.

3. Initiates and conducts tenders in compliance with global and local procurement and other applicable guidelines to ensure best conditions for BHC. Documents results.

4. To prepare, negotiate and finalize local and international contracts: negotiates prices and conditions; coordinates signing of the contracts with suppliers, ensuring they are aligned with global and regional agreements.

5. To control execution of the agreements. To ensure that agreed conditions and schedules are met by suppliers.

6.To ensure realization of saving potentials for divisions and departments within Bayer HealthCare.

7. To evaluate suppliers and to identify and select alternative suppliers for BHC demands. Drives supplier relationship management.

8. To maintain liaison with Central Procurement, ensuring proper information flow and coordination between BHC Marketing Service Procurement and Central Procurement. Supports implementation of Procurement tools and other innovative techniques in Bayer Russia, initiated by Central Procurement.

Capabilities:

·         Education:University commercial or economic degree with 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing area, MBA degree is an advantage

·         Experience:Specific knowledge of Tactical Purchasing, Quality Management Systems (ISO/QS9000), and Logistics Processes, Principles and Practices is highly desired

·         Competencies: Strong negotiating, communication, influencing and problem solving skills

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Demonstrated analytical decision making skills and creative thought process ability

·         Service oriented

·         Able to work in teams

·         Sound knowledge of business practices, financial tools and BHC Procurement policies and procedures

·         Understands and fulfills the requirements of customers

·         Fluent English (oral and written)

·         Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and suppliers

·         Strong knowledge about best practice tactical purchasing tools and methods
