Responsibilities

• Manage IT consulting projects, be responsible for project delivering
• Participate in business development activities including preparation of conferences etc.
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Organize and oversee work of junior staff, evaluate their performance

Requirements

• High technical education at leading Russian or International University
• MBA degree in IT management is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience in international IT consulting company, other Big4 firm or strategy consulting companies
• Experience in DWN implementation/supporting, BI, MIS solution implementation (inc. architecture design, data model design, reporting strategy etc.)
• Practical experience with BI, ETL tools
• Experience in data quality, regression and acceptance testing
• Experience in SAP BW, Oracle BI,  Business Objects is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in working with SQL
• Ability to lead and manage teams of 3-5 people
• Advanced English
