Reporting to Director of Human Resources

Key objectives:

• Assist HR Director in development and implementation of global HR policies and procedures (including compensation and benefits, performance incentive plans, international HR administration and payroll); and control execution;
• Manage or coordinate global HR projects (e.g., implementation of HRIS);
• Coordinate efforts of Regional and Business HR Managers with regard to development of HR policies & procedures;
• Manage HR administration & payroll for special groups (e.g., international staff)
• Coordinate HR Budget planning and control;
• Control uniform HR Reporting;
• Draw flow charts of HR processes;

Requirements:

• University Degree, BA or MA in Humanities or Economics; MBA or any HR Certificate like PHR or SPHR is a plus;
• Knowledge of international HR best practices;
• Compensation & Benefits background, hands-on experience in development and implementation of Comp & Ben policies and procedures;
• Work experience in an international company with a mature HR system, in Russia or abroad – at least 5 years;
• English and Russian fluent, written and spoken (!);
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel and Visio is a must!);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Based in Moscow, Russia
