Country Manager
With a reputable worldwide company
whose main role will be to profitably grow company’s
business in Russia (P&L responsibility)
Key accountabilities will
be:
- To develop and implement the marketing and sales strategy
to increase market share and business profitability on the local
market;
- To develop relationship with Key Clients (distributors
and key retail chains)
- To lead sales & marketing team

The successful candidate should
possess:
- University degree;
- Excellent written and oral mastery of
English;
- General business management knowledge, MBA degree is a
plus;
- Commercial knowledge about customer market in Russia (key
accounts, trade) and ways/methods of cooperation;
- Marketing knowledge about strategic management, brand
profitability management;
- Experience in relations with customers (key retail
accounts/distributors);
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG market in Russia at
similar position – General management or Senior Marketing and Sales
role;
- Diversified business experience (both b2b and b2c) is a
plus;
- Experience in taking financial responsibility for company
results and proven track record in management of the profitable
growth;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation
skills;
- Strong leadership skills and people management
experience.
