Start-up of an European company in manufacturing sector

* Finance
Advise Group s CFO, and local Management Team on financial and investment decisions through provision of financial information and analysis. Financial responsibility for the preparation, reporting and control of the local company accounts. Provide financial review and advice on local activities, control of and report to Parent and local Management on financial aspects of all operations. Responsible for preparation, reporting and dissemination of corporate planning exercises and monitoring of actual performance against approved targets. Ensures working capital and capital expenditure is managed effectively against approved targets.
* Business
-Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence following the Parent s guidelines and requirements.
-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency through improvements to each function of the organization as well as coordination and communication between the local Entity and Group s functions.
* IT (possible not critical)
-Ensure appropriate support of all business processes of the company is given by operating and maintaining effective IT systems both by internal IT staff and by external services.
-Ensure that IT systems are efficient, reliable and secure in line with local and corporate standards.
-Guide and support the subordinate IT Managers in planning and implementing new or changed hardware and software systems.
* Distribution/Logistics/Manufacturing
-Ensure efficient management of the overall product distribution across the region.
-Ensure efficiency of manufacturing operations, plant controlling and cost control.
-Make recommendation on the stock matters so the appropriate product mix and level is maintained across the area.
-Ensure efficient credit control policy is in place and constantly monitor and communicate to the commercial operation the debt level, propose actions to correct variances.

-Degree level qualification/ MBA, qualified accountant and/or equivalent with a range of experience in consulting roles with international dimensions ( Big 4 - as an optimum),
-Relevant previous experience in the financial services or related managing position within the international company,
-Thorough knowledge of Russian finance and accounting required. International professional qualification and commercial, manufacturing interest and exposure is a plus;
-IFS command;
-Industry understanding is important;
-Strong and credible executive presence, leadership capability;
-Excellent interpersonal, project and team management skills;
-Strong understanding of legal and formal aspects of company management (related to supervisory and shareholder structures);
-Commercial and strategic in orientation and experience;
-Pro-active, business orientation;
-Very good communication skills.
