General requirements: 

• MBA/ Masters in Business related subjects
• 8-10 years of experience in Consumer Finance/ Retail Banking in Russia; Marketing & Product Management
• Fluent Russian & English
• Russian lending market; general purpose loans; P&L management; product development; direct and database marketing

• Strong knowledge of Russian lending market; general purpose loans; P&L management; product development; direct and database marketing
• Strong communication skills – ability to communicate/ articulate at all levels
• Business acumen & ‘know-how’
• Highly developed leadership skills – ability to influence across the organization
• Strong inter-personal skills and a motivator
• Anaytical skills, a creative thinker who is a problem solver and a team player
