OTC Medical Marketing Brand Manager (VV)
Goal
To lead development and execution of medical marketing strategy
for OTC brands working closely with Category and Brand managers.
Flawless execution of medical marketing plans will be a critical
part of his/her brand marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Leads development of Medical marketing strategy and planning
processes both long and short term.
Responsible for the medical marketing objectives, strategies
and actions in respect of the overall portfolio and range of
products in a category in the marketplace(s).
Acts a key point of contact within marketing team for Medical
Sales force (staff and line).
Understand the doctor and pharmacist landscape and a source of
information on current marketplace dynamics and trends.
Proactive development of medical marketing & promotional
materials to meet category brand objectives and customer
needs.
Working closely with BTL, Creative Agency and Media agency on a
regular basis for medical marketing scope of work.
Track medical promotions performance jointly with sales force
to identify successful initiative and improvement areas of future
initiatives
Be comfortable with key brand and medical databases
market audit (RMBC)

TIMS: Internal database for which training will be
provided
Responsible for medical marketing budget which is identified
jointly with each category every year
Full accountability for category/brands medical activities
Responsible for managing one marketing Coordinator with
potential to grow the team in future as medical activities expand
in scope.
Liaise with key opinion leaders, technical staff and outside
agencies for delivery of his/her scope
Skills
At least 4-8 years of medical marketing experience with a
proven track record of achievements at leading FMCG and/or OTC
companies.
Must have demonstrated outstanding people leadership
capabilities
Must demonstrate cross functional expertise
Experience and ability to thrive in a highly complex and matrix
environment
Must have demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking
expertise, as well as ability to influence senior management
decision making
Strong relationship building skills, an effective communicator
and negotiator
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills,
coupled with good relationship building and negotiation skills and
listening skills
Willing to relocate to international locations for exposure and
advancement
Must be fluent in English and Russian
Age 25-30 years
Education Degree in Medical,
Business, Marketing or related field. MBA/post graduate education
in Marketing or Business Management a plus.

Reporting Directly reporting toHead of Marketing
Growth OpportunitiesMedical Marketing BM would be
at par with Brand managers. He/She will be considered for promotion
to Group Brand manager depending on interest and capability
development. He/She will be an integral part of the Marketing team.
