I agree there should be GMAT test for all MBA applicants, otherwise there is a little chance for Russian school to get ahead and compete with European and US counterparts.

It is a good idea of establishing two top-notch Business Schools and bringing all attention and resources to these two so that they can compete successfully with other schools worldwide
